New items returned for refund or exchange

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.  Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
There is no need to contact us before you make a return. All you need to do is print off and complete a Maxgear returns form, which is shown at the bottom of this Section or by clicking here for a printable version.  Please note the following:

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt;
• Goods must be in original packaging;
• Goods must not be fitted or used;
• Goods must be accompanied with a Completed Returns Form and receipt,
• Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our third party warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund / credit from Maxgear Limited. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services team (email: cust.serv@maxgear.co.uk) with your order number, postcode and new card details.
You can call Customer Services on 01270 750888 between 9am and 5pm (GMT/BST) on weekdays. Customer Services are not open at the weekend unless stated.
PLEASE NOTE ALL RETURNS MUST BE REPACKAGED SAFELY BEFORE SENDING BACK TO US.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RETURNED GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.

Recycled Packaging

Maxgear actively promotes recycling. Wherever possible products will be repackaged in their original box, however, on occasions we will recycle boxes.

Please make sure you check the contents of the box before returning.
