CASH 4 CLUBS

Maxgear encourages all cycling and triathlon clubs to register for its exciting new CASH 4 CLUBS scheme.

This will enable club members to obtain a further discount on Maxgear’s already hugely discounted products and in the process earn generous amounts of commission for their clubs.

The scheme works as follows:

1. Club member to send an email to enquiries@maxgear.co.uk quoting the reference
‘Cash 4 Clubs’.

2. Maxgear will validate the request and send a banner link to the club member for insertion on the official club website.

3. Maxgear will also provide the club with a unique discount code which will enable all club members to receive a 10% discount off their total order value. This will help Maxgear to identify the sale and ensure that the club earns commission on this sale.

4. Commission can be earnerd only on sales of MAX accessories and compression clothing. This scheme does not apply to branded clothing or technical team kit.

5. Maxgear will periodically check that the banner is being displayed on the club’s website.

6. The commission earned by the club will be 10% of the net sales proceeds (excluding postage and packing). Therefore, if the club member uses the 10% discount code to reduce the value of their order then 10% of the NET proceeds will be paid to the club.

7.Commission will be paid on all orders placed by registered club members.

8. Every three months in arrears Maxgear will remit the total sales commission to the registered club secretary by cheque or bank transfer.

9. Maxgear reserves the right to cease the promotion or alter the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time, the details of which will be listed on this website.
